Перезапуск usb модема при отсутствии интернета

Добрый день. Возможно ли реализовать такое (или может уже есть готовое решение)

Иногда отрубается юсб модем, момогает только перезагрузка.

Вот подумал возможно ли такое чтобы при потери интернета происходила перезагрузма устройства?
