Почему kernel usb для внешнего диска делает disconnect, а затем connect?

Keenetic II 2.16.D.9.0-1
К роутеру по USB подключен бокс на два диска и одна флэшка, на которой OPKG packages
Роутер самопроизвольно 2 раза в день через день (по наюлюдению за логом за 4 дня) делает следующие действия (лог ниже)
В чем причина, как это убрать? Просто не вижу смысла в том, чтобы он будил диски - зачем лишний износ и потребление энергии?
