Это баг или так задумано?

Телефоны, ноутбуки, планшеты - все подключены через вайфай.

Такое впечатление, что деление происходит просто по скорости подключения (а оно тоже не всегда верно показывается).

Модель Giga (KN-1010)
Версия ОС3.3.10
