установил на Zyxel keenetic giga  прошивку v2.04(USD.9)C7 с  установленным VPN

подключиться не получается с Windows 10

Настройки VPN в Windows какие? Насколько отличаются от стандартного PPTP?

все стандартно, пробовал через Keenetic GIGA 2 подключиться та же ошибка

Завтра попробуем воспроизвести, но, кажется, что это связано с вашим окружением - пока это единственная такая жалоба.
