I Need Advice on RMM Systems for Small Business

I am looking for recommendations on a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) system for a small business. I know RMMs are essential for managing IT infrastructure, but I'm overwhelmed by the options available.

Our company has around 20 employees and uses a mix of Windows and macOS devices. We need an RMM solution that can streamline our IT operations, enhance security, and automate tasks.

Here's what we're looking for:

• We don't have a dedicated IT team, so a user-friendly interface is crucial.
• As a small business, budget is a concern. We're hoping for a system that offers good value, perhaps with tiered pricing or a pay-as-you-go option.
• Remote support, automated patch management, system health monitoring, and reporting are essential. Integration with other tools we use would be a bonus.
• Reliable support is vital for resolving technical issues.
• We want a solution that can grow with our business.

Our RMM works only with Keenetic devices. Other devices, for example PCs with Windows/Mac are not supported and will never be.
