Установка Entware на внешний USB диск Giga (KN-1010/1011)

Модель Keenetic Giga (KN-1011)
Версия ОС4.1.7

USB диск отформатирован Ext4, в веб-морде Keenetic его видит. Создана папка install, в нее положен mipsel.
иду во вкладку OPKG, указываю внешний диск, нажимаю сохранить. Иду  в журнал и смотрю логи...и...ничего
