Циклическое переопределение правил netfilter

Каждые 150 секунд приходит ACK от провайдера, в логе сообщения в виде "ndhcpc: GigabitEthernet1: received ACK for *** from *** lease 300 sec." и происходит сброс правил netfilter. Как сделать так, чтобы netfilter не падал по приходу ACK?
