http3 не поддерживается железом, а стоит включить http2 то весь лог вот такой.

ngx_stream_geoip2_module.so тоже отказался загружаться. знаю, что иногда помогает перенести модуль выше остальных. но не как.

с модулем ngx_stream_geoip2_module.so разобрался, у него зависимость от модуля ngx_stream_module.so.

а вот как http2 включать не понятно. http2  on; не работает, лог представил. на listen  443 ssl http2; ругается.

вот я не доглядел. всё исправили. бинарничек заменил и ожило. примного благодарен.
