4.0a6-7 Пропадает имя пира WG если прописать ::/0

1. Веб-интерфейс не даёт прописать ::/0 в разрешённые подсети.

2. Если через IP/a прописывать команды, исчезает имя пира.

@stakp какой имя - description до удаления у пира? В A.17 добавляю всю сеть для IPv6 и имя на месте.

Напомним, что поддержки IPv6 в веб для WG пока не реализована.
