Спасибо большое. Создал нового клиента через 443 порт, в логах xkeen появились предупреждения об отсутсвии тега 'direct':

оставил в routings.json только VPS подключение, сообщения "non existing outTag: direct" пропали, но связь так и не наладилась, и в логах проскакивают предупреждения:
